These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p444 ("p444", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the p444 website at p444.ws, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any services, games, features, or promotional offers made available through the platform.
By completing the p444 registration process, by logging in to an existing p444 account, or by otherwise accessing any part of the p444 platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally. Your continued use of p444 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the p444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and p444.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a p444 account. This age requirement applies without exception. p444 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Where p444 determines, or reasonably suspects, that a player is under the age of 21, p444 will immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a formal age verification review. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned in full without any associated winnings.

To open a p444 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered p444 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. p444 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held within them, and permanently ban the associated player from the platform without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p444 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. p444 will treat any action performed using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact p444 support immediately at [email protected].
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any change to your name, address, email, phone number, or payment method must be updated promptly. p444 will not be liable for any loss or delay arising from your failure to maintain current account information, including delays or failed withdrawals caused by outdated payment details.
p444 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. Before processing any withdrawal, and at p444's discretion at any other time, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address dated within three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
p444 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your p444 account balance within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, or 1LINK may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the respective financial institution. p444 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals submitted by verified account holders are processed by p444 on a same-day basis during business hours. p444 reserves the right to conduct additional security or identity checks before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. p444 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
p444 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other activity that p444 determines to be contrary to the integrity of the platform or the safety of its players.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by p444 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your p444 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each promotion. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward the requirement.
p444 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group wagering, arbitrage strategies, or any form of dishonest play — will result in the immediate cancellation of all active bonuses, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
If you submit a withdrawal request while a bonus wagering requirement remains active and incomplete, p444 reserves the right to cancel the associated bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds before processing the withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance.
All casino games available on p444, including slots, live dealer games, poker, PP Live titles, and any other game type, use certified random number generator ("RNG") technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Results are generated independently of p444's commercial interests. p444 does not manipulate game outcomes.
All sports betting markets offered on p444, including PSL, international cricket, UFC, football, and other sports, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any technical error, display fault, or odds feed disruption, p444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. p444's decision on all sportsbook disputes is final.
In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, the round in progress may be voided and the stake returned to your account balance. p444 will not honour winnings generated as a direct result of a software or display malfunction. Where a dispute arises from a malfunction, p444's server-side logs shall constitute the definitive record of game activity.
You agree that you will not, at any time while using p444:
Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

All content on the p444 platform — including but not limited to the p444 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the intellectual property of p444 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any p444 content without express prior written permission from p444.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits, even if p444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
p444's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their p444 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit p444's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by p444's own negligence.
The p444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p444 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. p444 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uptime.
p444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the p444 Privacy Policy. By registering for a p444 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. p444 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to operate the platform, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
You may close your p444 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before processing an account closure, p444 will complete any outstanding KYC verification and process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure where wagering requirements have not been met.
p444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where p444 determines that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or dishonest activity, provided false registration information, or otherwise acted in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. In cases of confirmed fraud, p444 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances without restitution.
p444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, p444 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of p444 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by p444's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of p444, you agree to first contact p444 support at [email protected] and allow p444 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally before initiating any formal proceedings. p444's decision on platform-related disputes — including sportsbook settlement, game outcome disputes, and bonus eligibility — is final and binding where p444's server logs and records confirm the relevant facts.
